Simplify the process of working with others to co-author, modify, and review files using Document Workspaces. Document Workspaces are centralized Web-based repositories that provide files, tasks, and lists of links and team members and are accessible through the Shared Workspace task pane. Send shared attachments in Microsoft Outlook®, and recipients can choose to open a local copy to work from, or check the shared workspace to find and download a more current version. Check for updated versions of files, see if team members are online, see related links and files, and view file properties. You can receive an e-mail alert when any of the items in the shared workspace change
